HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2020-017 C ITY OF P LYMOUTH R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-017 R ESOLUTION A PPROVING E NCROACHMENT A GREEMENT FOR A G REENHOUSE, P LANTER B OXES, AND A P EDESTRIAN B RIDGE WITHIN THE E ASEMENT FOR P ONDING ON THE P ROPERTY LOCATED AT 2045 K IMBERLY C OURT N ORTH WHEREAS, Brent and Lori Ryan, property owners, have requested the City to approve an encroachment agreement allowing a greenhouse, planter boxes, and a pedestrian bridge to remain within an easement for ponding at 2045 Kimberly Court North; and WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the greenhouse, planter boxes, and a pedestrian bridge within the easements and all related facilities must meet all applicable City codes; and WHEREAS, the owner’s properties are legally described as: Lot 15 Block 1 Shores of Kraetz Lake. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the encroachment agreement which will allow the greenhouse, planter boxes, and a pedestrian bridge in the easement for ponding at 2045 Kimberly Court North, is approved.
