City Council Special Meeting
November 27, 2018
Deputy Mayor Prom called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m.
in the Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on November 27, 2018.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Prom, Councilmembers Carroll, Johnson, Davis, Wosje,
and Willis. Mayor Slavik arrived at 5:40 p.m. Ward 2 Councilmember Elect Roehl was also
present.
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Public Safety Director Goldstein, Park and
Recreation Director Evans, Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation Northway, Public Works
Director Thompson, Community Development Director Juetten, Fire Chief Coppa, Information
Technology Manager Leiseth, Police Captain Reed, and City Clerk Engdahl.
Body Worn Cameras
Public Safety Director Goldstein, Police Captain Reed, and Information Technology Manager
Leiseth discussed the report provided to the Council on body worn cameras for the Police
Department. The majority of the Council supported staff preparing a policy, including funding
sources, for a future meeting.
Future Study Sessions
The Council scheduled the annual board and commission recognition event on March 12, 2019 at
5:30 p.m.
Adiournment
Mayor Slavik adjourned the meeting at 6:50 p.
