HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-238AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village :il of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of ember, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen , Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following mei;ibers were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its idoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-238 (A) WHEREAS, the assessments levied against Plat 43723, Parcel 5810, by Levy No. 5331 were based upon a frontage of 113.5 feet, and WHEREAS, said parcel benefits from the improvements on a frontage of 103.5 feet, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Levy No. 5331 be and the .we is hereby reduced from $3,454.18 to $3.145.68 for Plat 43723, Parcel 5810. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resoiutiuriras duly seconded Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The follow - voted against: Councilmen Neils. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly sed and adopted. TATE OF MINNESOTA ) OUNTY OF HENENPIM) S5. ILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being toe duly qualified and acting Clerk of the illage of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the oregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of sid-Village held September 11, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my ffice, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
