HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-238VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the tenth day of July, 1972. The following members ,were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Neils. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-238 WHEREAS, Berger E. Anderson, 5640 East River Road, Minneapolis Minnesota, owner of Plat 44560, Parcel 270, requests a subdivision( of lots 2 and 3 Block 1 Shortline Acres NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymoeth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: TRACT A Commencing 100 feet West from the Northeast corner of Lot 2, then Southeasterly 130 85/100 feet along a line which if extended would intersect the Southerly line of Lot 2 distant 25 feet Southwesterly from the Southeast corner thereof being the actual point of begin- ning, then Westerly at right angles 115 9/10 feet. then Southeasterly to a point in the Southerly line of Lot 2 distant 100 8/10 feet South- westerly from the Southeast corner thereof. then Northeasterly along said Southerly line 75 8/10 feet, then Northwesterly to the point of beginning. TRACT B Commencing 100 feet West from the Northeast corner of Lot 2, then Southeasterly 130 85/100 feet along a line which if extended would intersect the Southerly line of Lot 2 distant 25 feet Southwesterly from the Southeast corner thereof, then Westerly at right angles 115 9/10 feet then Southeasterly 235 54/100 feet to a point in South- erly line of Lot 2 distant 100 8/10 feet Southwesterly from the Southeast corner thereof then Southwesterly along the Southerly line of lots 2 and 3 A distance of 155 26/100 feet then Northwesterly to a point in the Westerly line of Lot 3 distant 253.5 feet Southerly from the Northwest corner thereof, then North to said Northwest corner then East 297.33 feet to point of beginning. TRACT C. Commencing at a point in the. Southeasterly line of Lot 3 distant 256,06 feet Southwesterly, from the:Southeast corner of Lot 2, then continuing Southwesterly along said Southeasterly line to a point 329.38 feet Southwesterly from the Southeast corner of Lot 3, then North to a point in the West line of Lot 3 distant 286.2 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof, then North 132.7 feet, then Southeasterly to the point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER kESOLVED that approval of this subdivision is subject to the following condition: 1. That the petitioner provide all the extra hoodups at his cost; any damage to the street, new stubs, relocation of sewer and water lines, shall all be at the petitioner's expense. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: r'ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on July 10, 1972. with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
