Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 10th day of July, 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following members were absent: Councilman Neils.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
ved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-237
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has the underground portion
of Well No. 3 under construction, and
WHEREAS, standby power should be considered for the above
ground pumping and control facilities for this well and future
wells and treatment facilities, and
WHEREAS, Ericksen Ellison and Associates, Inc. have proposed
to make this study to be paid for on an hourly basis of 2.5 times
the salary with total costs not to exceed $1,500.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to execute an agreement for this work and to make pay-
ment to Ericksen Ellison and Associates, Inc. for this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
uly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken there
n, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
unt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against: None.
hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a
regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on
July 10, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 21st dpy of July, 1972.
