Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of September, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. i Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its ii A adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-235 (A) WHEREAS, the hearing was held to consider street improvements under Project No. 230 Ranchview Lane Street adjoining Ranchview Manor, and WHEREAS. the residents of the area were opposed to the construction of these improvements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the street improvement Project #230 for Ranchview Lane in the area of Ranchview Manor is rejected. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded` by Councilman Hunt. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted is favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
