Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Reso,ution-'-and=
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-232
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers Construction Company,.deveIopers-
of "Wood.'Creek", have requested that a preliminary report be
Ordered to cover the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain
and streets for improvement of said addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY ;THE VI'LLAGE.COUNCIL .:
OF THE -VILLAGE `OF PLYMOUTH;that the preliminary report for "Mood
Craek"'cove:ring the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain
and streets is hereby ordered to be prepared by the;Yiling
Errgineer.
The motion for the adoption of`the'foregoing Resolution was
duty second.eif by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being:.taken =
