The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt and Seibold. The following voted against:
None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Village Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby cer-

extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Counciof
skid Village held July 10, 1972 with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to providing for the is-
suance and sale of $4,700,000 Public Improvement Bonds of 1972.
