Pursuant to due ;.all and notice ther3of, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th
day of June, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Spaeth and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilmen
Hunt and Seibold.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 227
WHEREAS, the Federal District Court panel has created new legislative
district boundaries which affect voting precincts within the Village of
Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the court's action makes it reasonable for the Village to revise
its precinct boundaries so as to avoid split precincts for legislative
districts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth, that the proposed seven -precinct plan as submitted to
this Council, and attached hereto as Exhibit "A", dated June 29, 1972,
be and the same is hereby adopted as the official 1recinct map for the
,Village of Plymouth, and FURTHER that Resolution 72-56 be rescinded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and Neils. The following
voted against: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on June 29, 1972, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 30th day of June, 1972.
