HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-226VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th day of June, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Seibold, Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-226 WHEREAS, the Village Manager has recommended the appointment of Mrs. Sandra L. Haugen as the Clerk for the Village of Plymouth, effective June 29, 1972, NOW, THEREFORE, -BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth that Mrs. Sandra L. Haugen be appointed Clerk for the Village of Plymouth to serve at the pleasure of the Village Manager. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Spaeth and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESO COUNTY OF HENNEPINTA SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I. the undersigned, being the duty qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on June 29, 1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
