Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 19th day of June 197:2
The following members were present:_ _Mayor Hilde. Councilmen
Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 218 -
WHEREAS, assessments were levied against Plat 44594, Parcel
6000, in both 1966 and 1971, using front footage figures which are
in error,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
07 THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the assessments levied with re-
spects to Plat 44554, Parcel 6000, be revised as follows:
Levy No. 3677 - from $1,356.20 to $1,206.00
Levy No. 5331 - from $2,800.00 to $2,400'.00

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the

original thereof on file in my office and the same is a`fulI
true and complete transcript therefrom.
