Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (Pgggjj.
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 12th day of June 1972.'
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen

Hunt,_Hall_& Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Seibold introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 214
WHEREAS, this Council approved extended periods for the
payment of assessments levied against Plat 43727, Parcel 8000,
by Resolution No. 70-440, adopted October 19, 1970, and
WHEREAS, the intent of this action cannot be implemented
by the County Auditor without the adoption of new assessment
rolls for said parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL '+
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following assessments levied
against Plat 43727, Parcel 8000, be and the same are hereby abated ;
