VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (9000191)
;meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 19th day of June , 1972.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen

,Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-213
WHEREAS, approval was requested for renewal of off sale non -
intoxicating malt liquor licenses,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY -THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that approval is hereby granted for renewal
of off sale non -intoxicating malt liquor licenses for the period
of July 1, 1972 through June 30, 1973 for the following:
1. Libby's Superette, Inc. 5. Lattuff's Pizzeria

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against (abstained): None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
