Councilman Hunt introduced the following
Resolution and moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 210
WHEREAS, the watermain for the East Medicine Lake Water
and Sewer Project #121 has been ordered and construction wall
take place in 1972, and
WHEREAS, the streets in this project are to be restored
with patching, and
WHEREAS, th:fVilloge Council believes the residents should
have the choice an improved street after this construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH a preliminary report for permanent
street on Project #123 Is hereby ordered and July 10, 1972,
7:30 p.m. is set for the public hearing.
I, the un8ersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the
minutes of a regular (special) meeting of the Village Council
of said Village held on June 19 , 1972, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
