Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ($pp*AAAI);
Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 19th day of June 1972
The following members were present:_14&-vor Hilde, Councilmen
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Hunt introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N4. 72-209
WHEREAS, the Council has previously ordered Project 0123
and Project 0134, and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared and
their approval has been recommended by the Village Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The tans and specifications for Peoject 0123 (includes
i134g are hereby approved, and
2. The following schedule is hereby approved:
Plan Approval June 19. 1972
Advertise for Bids June 22, 1972
Bid Opening (10:00 a.m.) July 13, 1972
Contract Awarded July 17, 1972
Specified -Completion Date November 1, 1972
Underground construction
Clean up July 15, 1973
3. The above approvals are subject to the additionof
Alternate 'A' for -permanent streets to be included.

Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
