HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-208VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of June , 1912. TFC following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen The following members were absent: *** ttt Councilman Seihold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72- 208 WHEREAS. Dorn Builders, Inc. has submitted a site plan for reivew by the Planning Commission and Village Council under } Section 10, Subdivision 6 of the Village Zoning Ordinance, and ; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of said site plan, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF. THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that approval is hereby given for the site plan of Dorn Builders, Inc. (Exhibit A-383) subject to the r following conditions: 1. No building pepnit being issued until a park donation in the t amount of Four thousand five hundred seventy-six ($4,576.00) Dollars is received from Dorn Builders, Inc. 2. A bond ,be posted to insure that the landscaping is completed in accordance with the landscaping plan dated April 10, 1972, 3. That ten (10).feet by 426..45 feet; of additional right-of-way be dedicated to the Pillage of Plymouth for County Road 6. STATE 01 MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH 47F 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular (j&jpjer4.&A) meeting of the Village Council of said Villageheld on. 1972, with the original thereof on file—Tn my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
