Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution a;nd
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-207
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth -has
appproved a Subdivision Variance for Parcels A and B located in
the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 19 within the
Village.of Plymouth owned by Edward Schommer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:that copies of the Resolption approv- s
ingsaid Subdivision Variance not be 'given to the Petitioner for

-:filing with the County Until the followi,ng condition is met:

The motion for the adoption of the'foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
