b. The filing with the Register of Deeds of Hennepin
County, Minnesota of a map duly prepared by a
registered surveyor licensed to practice as such
in the State of Minnesota.
c. The approval by majority vote of all the members of
said Association of such transfer at a regular or
special meeting called for that express purpose.
d. The approval of the Village Attorney of all deeds of
conveyance, bills of sale, assignments of personal
Peoperty and money and other documents necessary to
effectuate said transfer.
e. Any other requirements of the statutes of the State
of Minnesota not hereinabove specifically set forth.
2. The Village Council does hereby agree for and on
behalf of the Village of Plymouth to continue to operate,
maintain, manage, conduct and control such cemetery, to sell
lots therefrom and to administer the funds thereof for the
same purposes and upon the same trusts for which they were
originally established.
3. The Village Council does further covenant and agree
that all funds held by the said Association for perpetual
care of cemetery lots shall be accepted by the Village and
that such funds shall be preserved and kept and used and
administered for the same purposes and upon the same trusts
for which they were originally established.
4. Such transfer shall not affect; the rights and
privileges of present owners of lots in said cemetery and
such owners shall be entitled to the same rights and pri-
vileges with respect to their lots as if such transfer had
not been made.
5. The Village Manager is hereby directed to prepare
rules and regulations for the conduct, management, main-
tenance and operation of such cemetery and to submit such
rules and regulations to the Village Council for its approval
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Seibold and Neils
The following voted against (#OXAfJppO): Councilmen Hunt and
Spaeth. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
