VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a gstgrVydr (speci-al)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was �,,eld.on the . 12th day of dune , 1972.
The following members were present: Mayor Hi_1_de, Councilmen
Seibold fAng Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Neils
Councilman Seibold introduced the following
Resolution and.moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 203
WHEREAS, Quade Company has submitted a site plhn for review
by the Planning Commission and Village 'Council under Section 15,
$ubdivision , paragraph 5 of the Village Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS., Quade Company has requested a Conditional Use Per�ait
for the establishm nt of a sheet metal fabrication use under the
provisions of Section 15, Subdivision 3, paragraph 1, and
WHEREAS, the Planningg Commission has recommended approval
of said site plan and Conditional Use Permit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF'PLYMOUTH that Spproval is hereby given for the
site plan of Quad* Company (Ex
ht it A-394 dated June 9, 1972)
located at the Southeast corner of Niagara Lane and 23rd Avenue
North and the Conditional Use Permit for -the establishment of a
sheet metal fabrication use,
BE 'IT FURTHER' RESOLVED that a variance be granted to eli-
minate twenty-two (22) required parking spaces.
