meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,

Councilman Seibold introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 202(A)
WHEREAS. Quality Homes, Inc. project "TIBURON"'has been -
approved for development, and
n
WHEREAS. Quality Homes. Inc. has requested a Conditional
Use Permit to establish a temporary sales office for the project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Conditional use Permit for
Quality Homes, Inc. "TIBURON' for a temporary sales office as
described and located on Exhibit A'and Exhibit B is hereby
approved until eighty-five (85) percent of the project is de
'. veloped or until three (3) years has expired. whichever comes
first.
