Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (yqWViVV)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 5th day of June ,
1972 A
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: None ,

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 202
WHEREAS, the Council has received and accepted a Preliminary
Report for Playhouse Industrial Park Water and Sewer, Project No.
222, and
WHEREAS, Playhouse Industrial -Park and Lake Region Beverage.
Company have petitioned for water and indicated a desire for
sanitary sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Public Improvement Hearing for
Playhouse Industrial Park Water and Sewer Project No. 222 is here-,
by ordered for 8:00 p.m. on June 19, 1972.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing.•Resoluti.on was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being

taken thereon, the.following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth. Seibold and Neils t
The follw'.na voted against (abstained): None y°
Whereupon the Resolution ::e5 declared duly passed and adopted. i a
