Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
held an the 5th day of June, 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-200
WHEREAS, approval is requested for the renewal of certain
licenses and permits,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. Approval is hereby granted for the renewal of the ciga-
rette license for the period of June 1, 1972 through
December 31, 1972 for the following:
A & M Liquors
11331 State Highway 55
2. Approval is hereby granted for the renewal of Off Sale
Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses for the period of
July 1, 1972 through June 30, 1973 for the following:
Ryan's Ballroom
11516 County Road 10
Purity Superette
17405 County Road 6
Tom Thumb Superette
10760 State Highway 55
Tom Thumb Superette
4130 State Highway 101
3. Approval is hereby granted for the renewal of On Sale
Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses for the period of
July 1, 1972 through June 30, 1973 for the following:
Ryan's Ballroom
11516 County Road 10
4. Approval is hereby granted for the renewal of Set -Up
License for the period of July 1, 1972 through June 30,
1973 for the following:
Ryan's Ballroom
11516 County Road 10
5. Approval is hereby granted for the renewal of a Small
Disposal System Licenses for the period of May 1, 1972
through April 30, 1973 for the following:
Widmer Brothers
Box 235
Spring Park, MN
Houser Corporation
55 - 77th Way N.E.
Minneapolis, MN
6. Approval is hereby granted for a Earth Materials Oper-
ations Permit for P & J Top Soil Company for operations
on Circle Star property lying South of State Highway 55
between Fernbrook Lane and Niagara Lane for a period of
one year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted
against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held on June 5, 1972 with the original thereof on file
in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete trans-
cript therefrom.
