Councilman Seibold introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72= 199
WHEREAS, the Council has previously ordered Project 107, and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared and their
approval has been recommended by the Village Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The plans and specifications for Project 107 are hereby
approved, and
2. The following schedule is hereby approved:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman SRaeth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hildt Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth. Seibold and Neil's
The following voted against (abstiiced): None
,Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
