WHEREAS, Fred D. Salmon, Jr., owner of Plat 43735, Parcel 3265,
has requested a variance to Section 15, Subdivisions 1 and 2 and
Section 18,5Subdivision 5 of the toning Ordinance in order to con-
struct an addition to his existing home within an I-1 Planned
Industrial District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY ,THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: a variance is hereby granted to Fred
D. Salmon, Jr., to allow the construction of anadditionto his
i home within the I-1 Planned Industrial District.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following voted_AbAAfAA (abstained): Councilman Hunt
Whereupon the resolution wa.s declared duly passed and adopted.
