-Councilman Seibold, Introduced the following Resolution
moved its adoption:
i RESOLUTION NO. 72-193
WHEREAS, the Developer of "Schiebe's Oakwood,' Kenneth V.
Schiebe, has requested approval of the °Schiebe's Oakwood" final
plat under the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations of the
Village of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
+ that the final plat of "Schiebe's Oakwood" be approved (Exhi
A-283).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duty seconded by Councilmen Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted to favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold
The following voted against (a;b1~V4VW): Councilman Spaeth
Whereupon the resolution was declaredduly passed and adopted.
