HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-191i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of June, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-191 WHEREAS, Roger L. Johnson has requested preliminary plat approval for "Roger L. Johnson's First Addition" under the Village Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary prat, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the preliminary plat for "Roger L. Johnson's First Addition" be approved subject to: 1. A variance be granted to allow the existing house's improper setback from future State Highway 101 right- of-way. 2. The final plat and development contract approval not be considered by the Village Council until public sanitary sewers are available. 3. Queensland Lane north of 33rd Avenue North be adjusted five (5) feet to the West to provide minimum 160 feet depth for dnubie frontage lots in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations. 4. Park dedication requirements are to be taken into account in the Development Contract. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
