Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
hell- on May 22, 1972. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Neils. The following members
were absent: Councilman Spaeth and Hunt.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-187
WHEREAS, owners of certain parcels of property were not
(properly notified with respect to special assessments proposed
jto be levied against them, and
WHEREAS, these parcels were assessed as part of the West
;Side Medicine Lake Sewer, Water and Storm Sewer Improvement
Project No. 71-1,2,0,8-A on October 9, 1971,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
,THE VILLAGE OF 'PLYMOUTH that Resolution 71-389 adopted by this
jCouncil on October 9,'1971 which confirmed Levy No. 5331 be and
'the same is hereby amended to delete the following parcels from
said levy:
