Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular
„ meeting,of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 15th day of May 1972. The
following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-181
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Alcohol Safety Action Project
is undertaking a countermeasures program dealing with the
drinking/driving problem, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth ++as been requested to
participate in the program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Manager be authorized
to enter into the attached agreement with the Hennepin County {
Alcohol Safety Action Prodect.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seiboldand upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting maxor
Hunt. Councilmen Spaeth. Seibold and Neils
The following voted against (abstained) None'
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
