HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-180RESOLUTION NO. 72-180 WHEREAS, request has been made for renewal of certain Small Disposal System Licenses, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE LOUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH th#t renewal of Small Disposal System Licenses is hereby approved for the period of May 1, 1972. through April 30, 1973 for the following: 1. Coolbroth Sitton Septic Tanks 4810 W. Medicine Lake Drive 2. Jarson's Service Company 9180 Xylite Street NE.f 3. Sullivan -Septic Service 3660 Highway 101 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by 'Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, k., Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following voted against- (abstained): None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. >> STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
