Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (spxxA ml)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,

Minnesota was held on the 15th day of May 1.972._.
The following members were present.- Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-177
WHEREAS,a Preliminary Plat for "Tiburon" was approved by the
Village Council on May 1, 1972, and
WHEREAS, Metro Development Corporation, the developer of "Tt-",�,
buron", has requested Final Plat and Development Contract approved
for "Tiburon", and
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a bond in the amount of
Three Hundred Ninety-five Thousand, Eight Hundred Eighty-seven and,j
50/100 Dollars($i95,887.50) and Eight Thousand Four Hundred Dollars
(;8,400.00) pari: donation downpayment as agreed upon in the`0 vel
opment Contract
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
that the "Tiburon" Final Plat and Development Contract be
approved.

duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen 1.

Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
