HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-176r= VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of May, 1972. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde *r* Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-176 WHEREAS, Continental Contractors, Inc., the developer has requested a site plan approval for a Community Unit Project on pr3perty zoned for said use, and WHEREAS, an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) has been submitted to insure that the landscaping plan is completed, and WHEREAS, the Develo er has made a downpayment of Five Thous;an Three Hundred (;5,300.001 Dollars for park donation and has agreed to pay Four Thousand Five Hundred Ten $4,510.00) Doll arsprior to December 31, 1972 and Four Thousand Five Hundred Ten ($4,510.00) Dollars prior to December 31, 1973 for a total payment of Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred Twenty ($14,320.00) Dollars, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the final site Ian and Community Unit Project (Exhibit A-265 dated May 4, 19721 for Continental Con- tractors, Inc. proposed apartment and townhouse project be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Deletion of four (4) townhouse units (Building 9) 2 An agreement being signed by the Mayor, Village Manager and Developer for handling the site run-off prior to any' building permits being issued. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Acting Mayor Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, fi Councilmen Spaeth and Neils.
