I' meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 15th day of May 1972. The
i following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen
Spaeth., Seiboid and Neils
The following members were absent: Mayor Hlde
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution :and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-175
WHEREAS, Dwaine Johnson, owner of property at 5110 Vicksburg
Lane, has requested permission to constructFa detached garage with.
a loft having an area of 572 square feet, which combined with an
existing garage of 640 square feet would total 1212 square feet Of.,
garage area, 212 feet in excess of the total permitted garage area,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE (,i,UNC:IL .'
Of THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Chapter VI_, Section 4.03 of the
Village <Code -is hereby waived to allow Dwaine Johnson to.construct'.
a' detached garage with a loft having an area of 572 square- feet.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Acting Mayor j nt, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor
Hunt. Councilmen Spaeth. Seibold and Neils
The fo'llowing,voted against (abstained): hong
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.'
