meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota -was held on the 1Sth' day of May 1972. The
following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen
Spaeth,. Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: Maycr Hilde
Acting Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-174
WHEREAS, Councilman Neils has presented this Council with
recommendations for the revision of,the Village Zoning Ordi
nanee which would create additional incentives for the develop-
ment of quality structures in Plymouth,,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the PlanningCommission be directed,
to review said recommendations presented tothis Council by
Councilman Neils and consider, holding public hearings on them
for possible revision of the Village Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was"
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Maxor.
Runt, Counejlmen Spaeth. Seibold,and Neil
The following voted against (abstained): None
Whereupon. the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
