F meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 1st day of May 1972. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth. Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-165
WHEREAS, petitions have been received from residents of Pike
Lake Terrace, 1st Addition, and Morrison's Lakeview Addition for
street lighting improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE I.GUNCSL
OF THE VILLAGE Of PLYMOUTH that a public hearing is ordered to
be held on June 5, 1972 to consider street lighting improvements
for Pike Lake ;Terrace, 1st Addition, and Morrison's Lakeview
Addi t4on.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Mayor Hi<lde.
CouncilmenL Hunt. Spaeth and Seibold
The following voted pg.6filo)t (abstained): Councilman Neils
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
