Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (!ygggyjy)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 1st day of May 1972.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Nei is
The following members were absent: Nope
Councilman Hunt introduced the following
Resolution and moved its auof.tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 155
WHEREAS, Schaper Manufacturing Company of 9909 South Shore
Drive has requested a Site Plan approval to erect a structure in
the I-1 Planned Industrial District and a Conditional Use Permit
to exceed the height limitations set forth in the Village Zoning
Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed this
request and does recommend approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Site Plan for four (4) storage
tanks to be located near the office structure on the easterly side
of the industrial building and a Conditional Use Permit to allow
a height variance not to exceed a maximum height of forty-seven (47)
feet be and is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
'duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following voted against (abstained): None _
