VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the first day of May, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. ii The following members were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and ;moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-154 WHEREAS, the ordering of Project No. 134 was previously deferred and a motion has been passed to reconsider ordering of the project, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The plans and specifications for Water and Sewer Project No. 134, 6th Avenue North and West Frontage Road (County Road 18) are hereby ordered, and 2. The project will be assessed against all adjoiningproperty owners as shown on the cost estimate sheet handed out at the public improve- ment hearing (attachment #2). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was (duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun- cilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. (} STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
