VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
i
on the First day of May 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth .
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduceu the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-153
WHEREAS, Robert D. Johnson, 8302 Topview Road, Eden Prairie,
requests approval for a subdivision waiver of Lot 1 and the West
69 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Raths First Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village of Ply-
mouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966,
in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, Page 497, Register of
Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance
of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300
feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described
lands subject to the following condition: That petitioner pro-
vide all the extra hook-ups at his cost; any damage to the
street, new stubs, re -location of sewer and water lines, shall
all be at petitioner's expense.
Tract A: That part of Lot 1 lying West of the East 116.14
feet thereof, Block 2, Raths First Addition.
Tract B: The West 92.57 feet of the East 116.14 feet of Lot
1, Block 2, Raths First Addition,
Tract C: The East 23.57 feet of Lot 1, and the Westerly 69
feet front and rear of Lot 2, Block 2, Raths rirst
Addition.
Tract 0: Lot 2, except the Weste,"ly 69 feet front and rear of
said Lot 2, Block 2, Raths First Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
