HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-147VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the first day of May, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-147 WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Cox of the Minneapolis Industrial Park representing Ken Sorenson Printing, Inc. has submitted a site plan for review by the Planning Commission and Council under Section 15, Subdivision 6, paragraph 5 of the Village Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of said site plan, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that approval is hereby given for the site plan of Ken Sorenson Printing, Inc. (Exhibit A) located at the northwest corner of Xenium Lane and Water Tower Circle subject to twenty (20) feet along the east side of the site being conveyed to the Village for utility purposes and that a detailed landscaping plan be submitted for approval by the Village Planner and Building Inspector prior to the issuance of a building permit. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
