Resolution and moved its adoption: a
RESOLUTION NO. 724%
WHEREAS, the, Preliminary Plat for "Shenandoah" was approved by the
Village Council on dune 7, 1971, and
WHER8AS. Shenandoah Development Corporation, developer of "Shenandoah"
has requested Final Plat approval for Shenandoah Second Addition, and
VMMZAS, the developer has submitted an irrevocable letter of credit
in -the amount of Fifty-nine thousand tyc hundred dollars ($59,200.00) to cover
the Second Addition and a Fifteen thousand dollar ($15,000:00) park donation +.
as agreed upon in the Development Contract approved August 29, 1971.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE -VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That the Shenandoah Second Addition Final Plat and Addendum #1 to the
Subdivision Development Contract for Shenandoah First Addition be,approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde
CounciLen Spaeth, Hunt, Nails 6 Seibold. •t-�
The following voted against -h&j& f"): None
