VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
held on the 17th day of April, 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-145
WHEREAS, request has been made for renewal of certain Well
Driller, Garbage and Small Disposal System Licenses,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. Renewal of a Well Driller License is hereby approved
for:

Rockford, Minnesota
Renewal of a Garbage Haulers License is hereby approved
for the license year of April 1, 1972 through March 31,
1973 for:
Cleanway Sanitation
Delano, Minnesota
3. Renewal of Small Disposal System License is hereby
approved for the license year May 1, 1972 through April
30, 1973 for:
George Mollen

Minneapolis, Minnesota
Northern Cesspodl Company
Route 1, Box 190C
Osseo, Minnesota
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None.
