HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-142MW 1W VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting )f the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of April, 1972. The following members were i Dreser:t: Mu;/or Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. rhe following members were absent: None. i :ouncilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its+ adoption - RESOLUTION NO. 72-142 WHEREAS, Richard K. Sellman, 1215 Forestview Lane, requests subdivision of Lot 1, Block 2, Hidden Lake. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village of of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book -1035 of Miscellaneous Records, Page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands and subject to the following con dition: that petitioner provide all the extra hook-ups at his cost; any damage to the street, new stubs, relocation of sewer and water lines, shall all be at petitioner's expense. Tract A. That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Hidden Lake, lying Northerly of a line described as follows: Commencing at the South- westerly corner of said lot; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said lot a distance of 71.30 feet to the point of beginning of the line being described; thence deflecting right 84 degrees to the Easterly line of said lot, and there ending. Tract B. That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Hidden Lake, lying Southerly of a line and its Easterly extension, said line being described as follows: Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of said lot; thence, Northerlyalong the Westerly line of said lot a distance of 71.30 feet to the point of beginning of the line being described; thence de- flecting right 84 degrees to the Easterly line of said lot, and there ending. Page 2, Resolution No. 72-142 4�4t The motion for the adoption of t e foregoing Resolution was t 'duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon Ithe following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regu- lar meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on April 17, 1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
