WHEREAS, the Village has solicited proposals for property,
public liability and automobile insurance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Agricultural Insurance Company be
awarded the property, public liability and automobile insurance
for a three year period commencing April 1,:1972 and further that
North Shore Agency, Inc. be designdted as agent.'
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
councilmen Hunt. Spaeth Seibold and Neils
The following voted against (abstained): None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
