Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (VIlgiv ly)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 17th :day of April 2972 b'
The following members were present, Mayor Hilde. Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and•Seibold

The following members were absent: None
' Councilman Hunt introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 72- 138
WHEREAS, the Council has requested an updating report to the
Preliminary Report for Project #205 (#128), and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 3 Associates. Inc. have
prepared the'updating report, and
WHEREAS, sanitary sewer problems exist in the area, and rest-.�,,
dents have requested the utility improvements to solve these
;problems,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
-0F THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The U date to the Preliminary Report, Project #205
dated 28. 1972 is hereby
(#128 January accepted, and
2. A Public Improvement Hearing for the improvements In-
cluded in the Updated Report .is ordered for 7:30 p.m.
on May 8, 1972.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was:

duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed end adopted.
