VILLAGE, OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (adedteT)
meeting`of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth.
Minnesota was .held on'the- 17th day of April -1972
The following members were pretend Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Seibold introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption: '
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 135
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Civil
Defense .Siren N2, bids were received, opened and tabulated on
April 10, 1972 "according to law,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Village Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the`
low bidder. Lehn Electric Company. 214 East Main Street, Anoka,
Minnesota $5303, for a complete Civil Defense Siren according to
the plans and specifications in the amount of $5.790 and furthet:.
that the Village Civil Defense Director is hereby authorized^and'
directed'to return forthwith to all bidders, the deposits made

with their bid3..except that the deposits of the succe:ssful'bidder
and` the next lowest' -bidder unti the contract has signed,

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by CouncilmanHunt and upon vote being
!, taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
HIIde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth And Seibold•
