HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-133VILLAGE OF PMM11 PursuanL to due call and notice thereof, a regular ,voting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ut the 1"th day of April, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor i{il.:a, Councilman Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Seibold introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RE.SOMt; :. NU. -133 WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth did by Resolution No. 72-1 as amended by Resolution No. 72-54 provide for and approve the condi- tions under which certain lands in Section 17, Township 118, Range 22 belonging to Dennis E. Arne and Ferne E. Arne, husband and wife, might be subdivided, and WHEREAS, said Village Council has now determined that the subdivision of said lands into two parcels, one of which would contain less than five (5) acres, would not inte-fere with the pur,-oses of the subdivision regulations of the Village of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such owners, NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TiE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, AS FOLLOWS: Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota Statutes and Section 9.02 of Chapter VII of the Village Code relating to conveyances by metes and bounds of parcels of land containing an area of less than five (5) acres is hereby waived with respect to the following described parcel: The Northerly 209 feet of the Easterly 280 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded �by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted `in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold.
