Councilman Spaeth introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 132•
WHEREAS. Ban Con, Inc., developers of "Chelsea Woods" have
requested approval of a Revised General Development Plan for the
Portion of their development lying South of 18th Avenue North as
required by Section 10, Subdivision S. paragraph 3b' of the Village
'
Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has approved said Revised'
`
General Development Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Revised General Development
Plan (Exhibit A) for "Chelsea Woods" be approved subject to the
following:

1. Twenty-two (22) foot aprons be maintiiined between the
garage doors and the frontage road on Zanzibar Lane.
2. The nedia.n between the frontage road and Zanzibar Lane

be widened to ten (10) feet as recommended by the
Village Engineer.
The motion for the adoption of•the foregoing.•Resoluti.on was

duly seconded by Councilman Seibold a.nd upon vote being
taken thereon, the•following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth. Seibold and Neils
The follow'ra voted dddldff (abstained): Councilman: Hunt
