Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
held on the 17th day of April, 1972. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-131
WHEREAS, Metro Development Corporation has requested R-2
zoning of property located in the North 1/2 of Section 24 in the
Village of Plymouth and proposes to develop "TIBURON" in accord-
ance with a general development plan dated March 23, 1972 and
marked as Exhibit A-333, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has
approved said rezoning based upon said general development plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following variances from the
Village Zoning Ordinance for the "TIBURON" development be approved
in accordance with the general development plan dated March 23,
1972 and marked as Exhibit A-333:
1. Section 8, Subdivision 5, paragraph 2a - Front Yard
2. Section 8, Subdivision 5, paragraph 3 - Side Yard
3. Section 8, Subdivision 5, paragraph 4 - Rear Yard
4. Section 8, Subdivision 5, paragraph 5 - Lot Area
5. Section 8, Subdivision 5, paragraph 6 - Lot Width and Depth
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following abstained: Councilman
Neils. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I"have :carefully compared the foregoing extract of the
minutes of a regular (ydgfgY$Y)- meeting of the Village Council
of said Village held on Aril 17 1972, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
