VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
i1the Village council of the Village bf Plymouth, Minnesota was held
,on the
'17th day of April, 1972. The following members were pre-
" sent: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold.
'The following members were absent: None.
j Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution ana

WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, spe-
'icial provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part
<<of Trunk Highway Number 188 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 55
within the corporate limits of the Village of Plymouth from the
ii W. Corp. Limits to Jct. T.H. 494; and t
WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department
of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked. labeledand
identified as S.P. 2722-32 and S.P. 2723-39 (55-188); and
WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office
of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked,,
labeled and identified as S.P. 2722-32 and S.P. 2723-39 (55-188),
which.t6gether with the Minnesota Department of Highways Speciflcu-
tions for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1972, on file in
the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the speci-
fications
pedfications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 188 re-
numbered as Trunk Highway Number 55; and
WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so
marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of
the Village Clerk; and
WHEREASthe term "said plans and special provisions " as here
inafter used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and
?; intended_to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special
provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and
described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
F OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
r; That said plans and special provisions for the improvement of
Trunk ;Highway Number 188 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 55
#� within the limits of the Village of Plymouth be and hereby are
_ approved. t °,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown
jj in said plans and special provisions be and they are hereby
If approved and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in
grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway Number
188 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 55 in accordance with said i
plantandspecial provisions. t{

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk''
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a
regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on
April 17, 1972, With the original thereof on file in myy office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
