11 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof., a regular CIPWAUUM
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,

Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of April 1972.
The followingmembers were Councilmen
present: Mayor Hilde,
Spaeth, Hunt, and Neils. Al
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold

Councilman Hunt introduced the following
Resolfition and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-129
WHEREAS, Harold S. Swofford, Jr., has been recommended
to fill a vacancy on the Board of Zoning Adjustment,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That Harold S. Swofford, Jr., be appointed to the
Board of Zoning Adjustment for a term expiring Janaury 31,
1974.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was .
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being
