Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular QHpp
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of April , 1972.'
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Snaeth. Hunt. and Neils.
The following members were absent

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-128 -
WHEREAS, Warren Chapman has been recommended to fill a
vacancy on the Board of Zoning Adjustment as the liaison
representative from the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: that Warren Chapman be appo-inted to
the Board of Zoning Adjustment as the Liaison Representative
from the Planning Commission for a term expiring January 31, 1974,

Thb motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was'_',f

duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, and Neils.

Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
